Refund Policy
At Mobile Chic, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, yet we appreciate that there may be times when you wish to return a purchase. Our refund policy is valid for 7 days post-receipt. Should this period lapse, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return Your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. Customized items, due to their personalized nature, are not eligible for a return or refund. Similarly, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for processing your return.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Returns of items not in their original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned beyond the 7-day period following delivery.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For secure return of your items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellation Cancellation of orders is permissible within 24 hours of confirmation. To cancel, please respond directly to the order confirmation email.
Refunds We are unable to process refunds for items that have been ordered and are en route. A refund is issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Pre-Arrival Refund Requests We cannot process refunds for items that have already been dispatched, save for instances where the product is lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If after this you have not received your refund, please contact us at mobilechic1@gmail.com.
Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for a refund.
